All properties have a predetermined/set selling price, unless otherwise noted in the auction text. You are bidding / determining the amount of the down payment YOU want to offer. Your bid / down payment amount will be SUBTRACTED from the sale price and the unpaid balance of the loan is to be paid per the terms stated in the property listing. EVERYONE QUALIFIES, We do the financing so there are NO Credit Checks & No Red Tape. There is a one time processing fee of $99.00 charged for each property purchased. The processing fee is in addition to your down payment bid amount.

Upon our review of all bids submitted, the highest bidder will be accepted. We will notify the winning bidder. All other bidders will also be notified that they did not win the bid.

The winning bidder will have 48 hours, from the time we notify you, to pay the amount of your bid plus the $99.00 closing fee. If you do not pay the amount due within the required time limit, your bid will be cancelled/disqualified and the back up bidder will be notified.
